How much does a project cost?
Every project is offered at a fixed price, after a free 30-minute assessment. You know the exact price before we start, and it does not change along the way.
How long does it take?
A simple automation can be up and running in a few days. A custom application usually takes a few weeks. The exact timeline is written in the quote.
What can be automated?
Almost any repetitive task that follows rules: email follow-ups, scheduling, reports, copying data between tools, reminders, invoices. If someone repeats the same clicks every week, it is a good candidate.
Do I need to change my tools?
No. We connect to what you already use, such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Excel or your CRM, when they allow it. We confirm this during the assessment.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Access is limited to what is strictly needed, accounts stay in your name, and every solution is designed to comply with Quebec’s Law 25. When possible, your data is hosted in Canada.
What if something breaks?
Every delivery comes with a support period, and its length is stated in the quote. After that, we can agree on a maintenance plan or step in as needed.
Do you only work in Sherbrooke?
No. We work remotely with businesses across Quebec. In the Eastern Townships, we can also meet in person.
