No. The templates are based on the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and the Regulation respecting confidentiality incidents, but they do not constitute legal advice. For complex situations (large-scale health information, biometrics, profiling), consult a professional.
My business is small. Does the law apply to me?
Yes. Law 25 applies to every business that collects, uses or keeps personal information, even a self-employed person with a client list.
Can I edit the documents?

Can I use it for several businesses?
