Product
The toolkit gives access to an online generator that drafts 7 Law 25 compliance documents from your answers: privacy policy, governance policy, designation of the person in charge, confidentiality incident procedure and register, access request procedure, privacy impact assessment (PIA) template and compliance checklist. The documents are provided in Word and PDF, in English and French. They are generated in your browser: your answers are not sent to us.
Price and payment
The price is CA$97, plus applicable taxes (GST and QST or HST, depending on your province). It is a one-time payment, with no subscription or renewal. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never have access to your card details. A free preview of each document is available before purchase.
Licence: one business per purchase
Each purchase grants a licence for a single business: the one whose name is entered on the checkout page. That name appears in every generated document; if you make a typo, write to us and we will correct it. You may return to the generator, change your other answers and download new versions as often as you need for that business. The documents you produce belong to you: you may edit them, publish them and share them with your employees, advisers or partners. You may not resell, copy or redistribute the templates or the generator, or use them for another business without a separate licence.
Access
After payment, downloads are unlocked on the device you used. A personal link lets you come back from another device; keep it and do not share it. If you lose it, write to us from the email used at checkout. Keep a copy of your files: they remain yours, even if the generator were ever discontinued.
This is not legal advice
The templates are based on the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR, c. P-39.1) and the Regulation respecting confidentiality incidents. They do not constitute legal advice and do not replace the advice of a lawyer. You remain responsible for adapting the documents to your situation, completing them and applying them in your business.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aixiom Solutions’ liability in connection with the toolkit is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.
Refunds
Because the preview lets you see each document before purchase and the content is delivered immediately, the toolkit is not offered on a trial basis. If it does not suit you, or if a problem prevents you from using it, write to us at bruno.pouliot@aixiomsolutions.com. We will review every request in good faith.

How we handle information related to your purchase is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. We may update them; the version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of payment.
